Dear MissFit,

At the beginning of this last school year I was not active and I was very unhealthy. I finally got tired of it and started to eat better and exercise more. I did yoga, running and I have danced since I was little so I picked
it up again. Since that time I have lost 30 lbs. It was tough at first but I stuck with it and I feel wonderful!
