Please return any faulty DVD with its original shipping invoice within 10 days for an immediate exchange. Before returning your faulty DVD, you must email us at returns@missfitvideo.com to receive a Return Authorization number and instructions to return the product. Shipping costs for all exchanges are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot be responsible for incompatibilities caused by machines that have been modified to disable regional encoding. Be sure to check the DVD on a second make and model machine before returning.
